1. Submission Guidelines

Final Paper Submission (Full paper should be sent to secretary@iscgce.com with “Paper Submission+TEL”)

• (1) All papers must be written in English. 
• (2) Submitted papers must NOT have been previously published and submitted to other conferences or journals simultaneously.
  
• (3) The minimum length of the paper is 6 pages, inclusive of figures, tables, appendices.
• (4) The full article must be submitted as both MS Word file and PDF file.
• (5) Regarding paper formatting, please follow the guidelines (template download here).

Abstract Submission (Abstract should be sent to secretary@iscgce.com with “Abstract Submission+TEL”)

• (1) Abstract should not exceed 300 words and it must clearly indicate the problem, objectives, research methods, results and conclusions.
  
• (2) All abstracts must be submitted and, if accepted, presented in English.
• (3) The paper author is responsible for ensuring that all co-authors have agreed to be listed on the paper.
• (4) Regarding abstract formatting, please follow the guidelines (template download here).

2. Review Process

• (1) All manuscripts will be subjected to blind peer-reviewing and are expected to meet the scientific criteria of novelty and academic excellence.
• (2) The review process usually takes 2-3 weeks. The results would be notified via email.
• (3) The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that the article’s publication has been approved by all other co-authors and takes responsibility for the paper during submission and peer review.
• (4) Review comments will be communicated to you and you may require to do necessary revisions and send revised paper on or before prescribed day.
